Without a doubt, the arrival of the pandemic changed the way we customarily worked and interacted closely to people. It has been a period of challenges and great learning, however, day by day, we continue to overcome at a country level and at Hidronor we do not fall behind. Therefore, with the aim to successfully overcome these difficult times, we have implemented a strict prevention program that today is reflected on obtaining our first Covid Safety Label from the Chilean Security Association (ACHS).

This recognition guarantees that we, as a company, have done a great job to ensure the health of all our collaborators and maintain the operational continuity of the services we offer all our clients, fully implementing all the protocols required by the Ministry of Health and Law 21.342.

“This time the Seal was awarded to our Biobío Region plant, however, at the same time, we continue with the process of verifying our procedures in the rest of our plants: Pudahuel, Antofagasta and the Transfer Plant, located in Talcahuano. We’re sure we’ll have this cross section verification in our company very soon, fulfilling our goal of giving peace of mind to our operators, visitors, clients, contractors, and all those who enter our facilities", highlighted Gonzalo Velásquez, Hidronor Manager of the Environment, Safety and Occupational Health.

Today, thanks to the hard work implemented, we, at Hidronor, operate at 100% capacity across the national territory, standing out for its extensive experience in the management and treatment of industrial, hazardous and household waste, through processes and efficient integrated environmental solutions for the revaluation, treatment and final disposal of waste management.
