Sustainability, circular economy and hazardous waste valorization were some of the most important topics discussed at the exhibition.

Exponor 2024, one of the most important exhibitions in the world, was held in Antofagasta from June 3 to 6, bringing together the most important exponents of the mining sector.

Our executives gave talks to those attending the stand and shared with them our progress in the recovery of industrial and hazardous waste, as well as the challenges to enhance this strategy in the industry. They also took advantage of the occasion to highlight how we process industrial and hazardous solid waste with attractive calorific value to create Solid Alternative Fuel (CAS) and Liquid Alternative Fuel (CAL), as well as work on the recycling of photovoltaic panels, soil remediation and disused aerosol containers to be sent for recycling as non-hazardous waste.

Nevertheless, our commercial executives actively participated in the various seminars and business rounds of the mining industry.

It is worth mentioning that during the meeting, different authorities such as the deputy for the region of Antofagasta, José Miguel Castro, and the Seremi of Energy for the same region, Dafne Pino, visited our stand, and we took the opportunity to discuss the challenges of waste valorization in the industry.
