Did you know that aluminum can be infinitely recycled and it does not lose its properties? 75% of this material, manufactured approximately 125 years ago, continues to have a useful life thanks to grassroots recyclers and recycling-conscious people.
The recycling process is summarized as follows: first they separate it from other types of waste that can contaminate it. Then, it is pressed, packed and sent to the foundry, from where it is transferred to specific plants to be converted into ingots and thus create new products.
It is important to consider that the world consumption of aluminum is close to 25 million tons per year, so it is essential to raise awareness about recycling to take care of our environment.
