The Supreme Decree No. 148, It corresponds to Health Regulations on Hazardous Waste Management.

This regulation entered into force on June 16, 2005 and, according to its Article 1, it establishes the minimum sanitary and safety conditions to which the generation, possession, storage, transport, treatment, reuse, recycling must be subjected. , final disposal and other forms of hazardous waste disposal.
