With the aim of promoting sustainable production and consumption models in companies, promoting technological development, innovation, entrepreneurship and the implementation of circular territories in different areas, Corfo recently launched the “Transform Circular Economy” program, which seeks to accelerate the transition towards this development model in Chile to advance towards the goal of being a carbon neutral country by 2050.

Of the 27 initiatives proposed by the Circular Economy Roadmap for a Chile without garbage, this program will work with 14 of them, mainly those that have a productive and territorial focus. The goal is to generate at least 200 Chilean innovations in this area to be promoted later.

At Hidronor Chile we support the creation of this type of initiative, and we invite all companies to incorporate sustainable actions into their work, regardless of the area to which they are dedicated. Thus, it will be easier to achieve a carbon neutral Chile by 2050.
