We held a successful leadership workshop to strengthen the skills of your leaders and improve the safety culture in your plants.

On August 19 and 20, 2024, a training was carried out at the Marriott Hotel in Santiago entitled “Leadership and Team Management, Occupational Safety and Health 2024”, an initiative whose objective was to develop leadership competencies in safety and health. at work in our leaders at the Santiago, Antofagasta and Concepción plants.

According to Ricardo Leiva Rusque, Corporate Head of Safety and Health at Work, “they were two dynamic days that combined presentations and group dynamics. Not only were safety-related skills strengthened, but also teamwork.” 

During the activity, emphasis was placed on strengthening the leaders of the operations areas on topics such as the responsibility of the leader, the importance of a safety-based culture, effective communication, among others.

Along these lines, Ricardo Leiva highlighted that “this leadership workshop will not only enhance the continuous improvement capacity of our leaders in the operation, but will also contribute to the quality of their work and the positioning of Hidronor as a benchmark in its field.” .
