A major international body warned about the end of the era of global warming and that this month of August began the time of "global boiling." In addition, he reported that last July was the warmest month ever recorded by humanity.

The average temperature for July was 16.95 degrees Celsius, well above the 16.63 degrees recorded in the same month of 2019. Furthermore, July 6 was the hottest day ever recorded, with an average temperature of 17.08 degrees.

Faced with this catastrophic situation, the organization made a new call for radical and urgent action to be carried out in order to face climate change.

With the aim of reducing the effects derived from this complex scenario, at Hidronor we contribute to producing clean energy thanks to a biogas plant that we have installed in the southern zone of Chile and which contributes to reducing the CO2 generated by waste. In addition, we value the waste we receive before disposing of it, a task we carry out with our subsidiary Greendot, which specializes in global solutions for recycling, recovery, and on-site management of industrial and hazardous waste.

As a company we hope to continue contributing to environmental protection, offering comprehensive and innovative solutions designed under the concept of the circular economy. At Hidronor we are committed to sustainability!
