During the event, organized by InduAmbiente, we shared our great work and contribution to sustainable development through our solutions and services..

At Hidronor we had the honor of participating as co-sponsors in the “Heritage and Sustainable Development” Seminar, organized by InduAmbiente.

The event, which was sponsored by FCAB and which took place on Tuesday, December 10 at the Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque Hotel, brought together leading experts to analyze the institutional and regulatory framework around heritage in Chile, as well as to explore options and tools that allow you to harmonize your protection with the sustainable development of investment projects.

During the day, key topics were discussed such as the heritage variable in the environmental evaluation of projects, the regulatory framework for the protection of natural heritage, the Cultural Heritage Bill, and the role of the National Monuments Council, among others. In addition, various tools and technologies were presented for the rescue and protection of heritage components in investment projects.

One of the most enriching discussions of the seminar was about how to strike a balance between heritage protection and the need to streamline investment processes, especially in infrastructure and mining projects. Experts from the sector shared their experiences and proposals, highlighting the importance of incorporating heritage into project planning from the early stages, guaranteeing its conservation without slowing down the progress of economic and social development.

The seminar also allowed us to strengthen collaboration between various public, private and academic institutions, generating a space for networking and exchange of knowledge. As Hidronor, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainable development and the protection of heritage, key elements for the progress of communities and the country as a whole.

We thank all participants for their valuable contribution to this important dialogue!
